• Don't disturb the swarm. Trying to spray or sweep them away won't address the colony and can scatter them, making the colony hard to locate.
• Take a photo or collect a few swarmers in a jar or sealed bag. This helps with identification and gives your pest control provider useful information.
• Note where they appeared. Swarmers tend to emerge near the colony, so location matters.
