Presto-X Pest Control’s quality assurance program integrates varying levels of client satisfaction measurements and service verification tools to ensure Presto-X is providing adequate service to meet your needs.
1. Random On-Site Quality Assurance Reviews
Our Quality Assurance (QA) Reviews guarantee that you are getting the best return on your investment. They also remind our Associates that the quality of their work is as important to Presto-X as it is to our clients.
Conducted by Regional Quality Assurance Managers, QA Reviews examine your current pest control service program; evaluating the accuracy and detail of the documentation program and service provided. In addition, key personnel are interviewed. Follow-up actions are noted and monitored by the responsible Quality Assurance Manager.
2. Regularly Scheduled Quality Assurance Inspections
In addition to our random QA Reviews, local Service Center Managers conduct regularly scheduled inspections of your business.
Like those conducted by our Regional QA Managers, our local Service Center Managers review the current service program and documentation. Findings are submitted to the Regional QA Managers for review and follow-up.
3. How Are We Doing Telephone Surveys
The last element of our Quality Management Program is our telephone surveys. These brief surveys note customer satisfaction and any areas for improvement which the key contact may bring up during the conversation.
