I just wanted to take another opportunity to write to you and let you know
how pleased we are with the service that we are getting from Rich here in
the Crown Room. I feel that, in the 5 years that I have worked here, the
kitchen has not been in as good shape from a pest management perspective as
it is today. He is a very conscientious person and is always very
interested in knowing if there are things for him to follow-up on. He
always checks in to make sure that we know what is happening, where the
problems are and what he would recommend doing about them. He is just
terrific and I hope that he will get appropriate recognition for doing such
a good job. I have worked in building management for my whole career and,
quite honestly, Rich is the best pest control technician that I have worked

Hello. My name is Janet Showers and I just recently filled the position of Plant Administrator here in the Miami, Oklahoma Doane Pet Care plant.
Yesterday, your employee, Phil Lovelace was visiting our plant in his professional capacity. He came into the office asking who owned the car fitting my car’s description and told me I had a very flat right, rear tire. …without even blinking, Mr. Lovelace took my keys and thoughtfully changed my flat tire and put my spare tire on for me. My flat tire was taken to Wal-Mart here in Miami and I picked it up that evening and all is well.
I just thought as an employer and/or supervisor it may be nice to hear what good people you have. You probably don’t often hear of what they do outside the office, as long as their job gets completed. So, I wanted to tell you how thoughtful and polite he was to take his time to care about my safety and his concern for this obviously distraught used car owner.
Therefore, please thank Phil Lovelace for me and tell him I’ll remember him in my prayers. I can only imagine how wonderful your company must be if the majority of your employees are as thoughtful as Phil. I look forward to working with him and your company in the future.

Presto-X-Company has once again helped our operation when it has come to audits by outside parties.
This week we were audited by an outside firm. During the interview phase of the meeting the auditor explained that pest control is a major focus of his observations. During the tour of the grounds he looked at the bait stations and commented if we were using Presto-X-Company. I informed him we were using them from day one of the new plants opening. He stated that since we were using Presto-X-Company that he would not have to "dig in" that deep of the audit due to their local reputation. I let him know that I also used Presto-X-Company in SE Missouri plus some of our other sister plants use them too.
Later during the audit I asked him about the comments concerning Presto-X-Company. He stated in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area that they are the best pest control company. I asked how does he know this and he commented that after working in this area for several years you get to know who is doing the job right and the ones who don't. He also said that one of his students from many years ago heads up the local FDA office and has the same opinion of Presto-X-Company.
One other item I would like to note is the dedication of my local service technician. Todd Janas has always done a great job at this plant. He is very concerned about making things right and keeping them that way. He works many hours and never complains about the task at hand. It is so hard these days to find such dedicated employees that want to do a great job. From day one when I met him I asked questions about the area and what type of pests I would be dealing with on a daily basis. He was knowledgeable of the local pests plus he gave me several ideas of what to do to keep the plant free of them. He is one of your best assets.
Please on my behalf give him a pat on the back as he has helped me through 15 audits in the last 12 months.

A quality inspection was done at our South Sioux City plant Monday and Tuesday of this week. I was very impressed with the status of the rodent control program. In fact, Grady Keil stopped at the plant to do service, so we had a chance to talk for a while. I wish every Tech Rep for all our plants had his attitude and interest in the job. It was a pleasure to meet him. He represents Presto-X-Company quite well.

A woman called singing the praises of Jeff Nelson (Western Iowa Tech). They asked Jeff to speak back in April 2005, on Earth Day to students and guests on the practices and procedures he uses in providing us with pest management services. She said he did an excellent job. He answered all of the students’ questions, was a total professional and, not only did he do an excellent job presenting, she said he pitched in and helped at the tables handing out things and helping them out in any way he could.
She asked me if she could “reserve” Jeff for next year’s program—and, how much advanced notice she would need to give us.

We were very grateful to have your Service Technician who services this account, Derek Sanders (St. Louis Tech), as an active participant in the audit. His input and all aspects of his work here received many well-deserved compliments from the AIB Auditor.
Of the five categories covered by the audit, the “Pest Control” section scored the highest and, in fact, received a perfect score of 200. This high score contributed greatly to our receiving a “Superior” rating (the highest rating possible) overall.

Ray’s been servicing us for several years. Once I went to another company for about a year strictly to try out a cheaper service and even then he was very courteous and professional when we canceled the service and again when we asked to resume his services. Ray has always been very professional and courteous not just to my staff but to our tenants. He serviced one project that we have now sold that comprised 120 higher end units as well as a 60 unit low income housing complex. He has been really good with the tenants at both projects. Today I forgot Ray was coming and wasn’t there when he arrived and he just gave me a call to check on the situation.
